Being a collector modern furniture is not always as expensive or laborsome as you might think. The Bellini line of chic designed modern furniture was one of the first to be an offered product by Heller Inc. in 1998. Realizing that the public appreciated good art, good design, industrial production and reasonable prices, this company made it their business to find the best designers to work closely with in order to execute this goal. Today, Heller is a leader in designer furniture, adding famous names to their line regularly.

Fresh and new products regularly hit the scene at Heller with World Famous Designers bringing innovation from their international class exposure. Names such as Frank Gehry, best known for his architectural landmark, the titanium-covered Guggenheim Museum, and Bocca by Studio 65, with their soulful approach to contemporary mod, are well-known names in the arena of modern design that regularly share creative ideas at Heller.

The Award Winning Museum Quality Designs by Heller are affirmed by museums that feature their collections. The Pinakothek in Munich, the Cleveland Museum of Art the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Smithsonian are among several institutions exhibiting the stunning selections by the Heller team. Awards include Good Design Award, The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and I.D. Design and Annual Design Distinction for Furniture and Compasso d’Oro, Italy.

Investment Quality Designs have been shining through Heller since their inception thirty-five years ago. Beginning with a line of stackable dinnerware by Massimo Vignelli, furniture was sure to follow when other design and engineering icons began to appear with their incredible, sought after creativity. Bellini, Gehry, D’Urbino originals are just a few of the prestigious names of the Heller team.

Incredibly simple, the Form and Function of these designer pieces prove to be solid and resistant for regular use in the workplace, home or on an outside patio. Brilliant in art alone, the function of each piece proves that professional engineering has played a large part in design. Some pieces are even modular and stackable, perfect as space savers in apartments and small areas.

Everyone’s Lifestyle plays an important role in realistically owning designer modern furniture. Art should speak to you in a way that suggests a certain mood. Bleak and stark can now be replaced with festive and witty. Try a Bocca seat from Studio 65 with red ruby lips that tantalize you the minute you walk through the door. Discover the world of collectible furniture and watch your home begins to reflect your lifestyle.

I agree that ones’ lifestyle should be the major deciding factor when choosing furniture. I am a 20-ish man living in his own bachelor pad in Cape Town. When I decided to purchase some furniture for it a couple of months ago, I wanted pieces that would be multi-functional. I found what I was looking for when I decided to check out Twiice International’s showroom (http://www.twiice.com/), on the recommendation of a friend. There I was able to purchase well-designed chairs that could be used both to lounge in as well as as for reading. Thus I was able to minimize the furniture needed and able to achieve an uncluttered look for my flat.
