Do you want to build your own home but are not sure how to go about it? Well, building your own house can be rewarding but it can have its headaches, and mainly because of cost overruns, which is why it’s always recommended that you plan on having an extra 5 to 10% available for any overrun on your budget. This amount is used for things that you can’t control.

Building your own house, means you need to plan everything out to the last detail. This way you won’t go over budget and if you do it wont be by much. This way you will avoid going over budget as much as possible.
