The basic BPI certification is meant to qualify those who pass to be professional building analysts. As such, the coursework covers all aspects of testing techniques, building codes, and the latest research that has gone into this to make sure that all the information is completely up to date. This can be achieved in as little as five days, with the majority of the course time being spent actually in the field performing these tests, so that you can see just how it works and be prepared to do so on your own after the course is over.
This most basic level of BPI certification also discusses the different systems that go into the operation of a household as a whole entity.
